Adidas' new shoes can be customized using uploaded photos. / Adidas

In just a few months, you can have a pair of shoes that is uniquely yours.

Adidas is releasing an app in August that lets you upload a photo and have it applied to the brand's ZX Flux sneakers.

The app will be available on both iPhone and Android.

Details on exactly how the app works are still unclear, but Adidas released a teaser video on Instagram Friday.

USA TODAY Network asked Adidas for more details, such as the cost of the app. A spokesperson said in an e-mail that more information would come out closer to August.
