Spotted at the White House: ESPN college basketball reporter Andy Katz.

That could mean only one thing: President Obama has made his NCAA college basketball tournament picks for broadcast on the all-sports network.

The men's tournament starts Tuesday night; the women's tournament begins Saturday.

Expect Obama to talk about his health care plan while making his tournament selections.

Administration health care officials are using a variety of "March Madness" themes over the next few weeks, trying to encourage young people to sign up for coverage ahead of a key March 31 deadline.
