President Obama / Craig Ruttle, AP

President Obama has a pair of meetings Wednesday on foreign and domestic policy: The prime minister of Ukraine and female members of Congress.

Russia's incursion into the Crimea region of Ukraine tops the agenda as Obama welcomes Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk to the Oval Office in the mid-afternoon.

"The president and Prime Minister Yatsenyuk will discuss how to find a peaceful resolution to Russia's ongoing military intervention in Crimea that would respect Ukrainian sovereignty and territorial integrity," says the White House schedule.

The leaders will also discuss international economic aid to Ukraine, as well as plans for May elections in the embattled nation, according to the White House.

Later in the afternoon, Obama will drop in on a White House meeting with female members of Congress.

Topics are likely to include immigration and Obama's efforts to get Congress to increase the minimum wage.
