President-turned-painter George W. Bush will soon display some of his art in public.

Portraits by Bush will illustrate "The Art of Leadership: A President's Personal Diplomacy," an exhibit to open in April at the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum in Dallas.

It will "explore the relationships that President George W. Bush forged with world leaders to shape international policy and advance American interests abroad," says the announcement from the library.

"The exhibit will feature more than two dozen never-before-exhibited portraits painted by President Bush," the library adds. "Portraits will be accompanied by artifacts, photographs, and personal reflections to help illustrate the stories of relationships formed on the world stage."

There is no specific date for the opening of the Bush art exhibit; the library says only "early April."
