Seth Meyers' first show as host of NBC's Late Night will have a decidedly political cast.

Vice President Biden will be one of Meyers' guests when the new version of the late-night talk show debuts Feb. 24.

"Must-see TV: The VP will appear on the first episode of Late Night with @sethmeyers on 2/24," says Biden's Twitter feed.

Another Meyers' guest that night is Amy Poehler, his former co-anchor on the faux newscasts of Saturday Night Live.

Meyers is replacing Jimmy Fallon as the host of Late Night, as Fallon moves up to host The Tonight Show.
