President Obama is sworn in. / Gannett Government Media Corp

President Obama's second inaugural wasn't entirely flawless.

The president briefly stammered over the word "states" while taking the oath of office, but fear not: There won't be a do-over this time.

Four years ago, Chief Justice John Roberts botched the oath, requiring the two men to repeat the ceremony a day later out of an abundance of legal caution.

Obama's brief slip comes right after the 35-second mark of the video.
